2. Restore Strength & Full Function

The second stage of surgical rehabilitation is to completely restore your range of motion and strength. This is arguably the hardest and most important step- one which Mend therapists specialise in.

3. Return to Work & Sport + Long-term Prevention.

Our primary focus in stage 3 is to get you back to work, sport and life as you had before. Be it in our onsite training centers or at home, we will set you up with an individualised, integrated and progressive strengthening program.

To make sure rehabilitation is 100% successful, your Mend therapist will also develop your individualised training program for long-term prevention and maintenance.
